Just want to say a big THANK YOU for our wonderful stay at the grand yavuz me and my son came for 7 days and loved it so much . the staff very friendly and very helpful the room was PERFECT and the breakfast was amazing thank you soooooo much . We are looking forward to coming back asap . we miss Istanbul already and only been home 3 days .next time i will take that Turkish bath :) again thank you to all the staff for everything the best hotel in sultanahmet . |

I stayed in this hotel last year for 5 days en this year I will visit Istanbul again in September because I will have an eye surgery. It is a great hotel with very friendly people and a top location just 10 minutes from all the beautifull sights of Istanbul. |

the rooms are tidy and comfortable, the breakfast were delicious.also huge thanks for hotel driver. he was really friendly.

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and liked it very much. The room was clean, the breakfeast ok. We recomend the turkish bath in Mustafas Health Club. It was delightful and Mustafa very professional, very good massage and very kind. We didn´t sleep the last night because our plane was leaving at 4.40 and we stayed with him nearly until midnight. It was a really good way to say good bye to the nice town of Istanbul. We will come back and visit Mustafa again. Thank you |

The hotel staff were very friendly in general except one guy from the concierge, I think his name is Herayin or something along these lines, he works on Fridays, his favourite phrase is " you dont understand" and he has no knowledge on the local tourist attractions, but was still happy to hand out advice such as booking information and 24 hour opening hours of the ayiasofia! Check out other hotels. |
